How do I order a custom bracelet?
- Provide Your Desired Name: Add product to cart then enter your desired name in the cart page. You will need to add the chosen name or text in the Add instructions for seller text box. If possible, provide the name already translated to your chosen language to help speed up the creation time. You can translate the name using Google translate or a Online Arabic keyboard.
- Confirmation: Once you've submitted your name, an email of your chosen name or text will be emailed to you for confirmation.
What happens after I confirm my design?
Creation Process: After you confirm your design, we'll start hand-making your custom piece.
Spelling Confirmation: If you're unsure of the spelling for the name you want, simply enter it in English. We'll email you to confirm the spelling, especially if you didn't provide it in the requested language. Please check your email promptly to confirm or adjust the spelling we send. We'll make two follow-up attempts, and if no response is received, a refund will be initiated.
Review Your Order: Please review your order details carefully before submitting it, as we're unable to make changes to the spelling once the order is placed.
How long does it take to receive my custom bracelet?
- Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for us to hand-engrave your piece before shipping it out.
- Shipping Details: All custom products are exempt from Free Shipping.
If your order includes both a hand-engraved item and something else from our site within the UK, they will be shipped separately.
However, for international orders, they will be shipped together, which may take 15-21 days to arrive.
